We manufacture custom tooling to print.  Using CAD programming simplifies the information exchange.  We can deliver complex forms with tight tolerances. Whether you need 2 or 2,000 pieces. Trust our expertise, state of the art grinding and inspection equipment to get the job done. 

Alterations

Sometimes what you need can't be bought off the shelf.  If you need tools with a certain radius size, non standard angles or flute length, we can help.  In many cases, we can alter existing tools to fit your needs.  Usually at a fraction of having entire custom tools manufactured.

Coatings

R&J Tool has partnered with one of the top PVD coating services on the West Coast.  Coating is a great way to maximize performance and durability of your cutting tools.  We expedite coated tooling to decrease turnaround time.
